We finished reading George's marvellous medicine yesterday. Book was taken from her cousin sister who also is an avid reader.
The book seemed a little horrid in the beginning. All the fun came towards the end. Didn't quite agree with the final outcome when the grandma was ignored by her own daughter. Aren't we supposed to be kind to our aging parents however horrid their behaviour might be?
Words like "Old Hag" have been used for grandmother which i found kind of unacceptable.
